Launch of the WhatsApp Bot Service for Students

The Arab College of Applied Sciences has announced the official launch of the WhatsApp Bot service, a new step towards enhancing digital transformation and developing electronic services provided to students.

The service allows students to access a wide range of academic and financial services directly through the WhatsApp application, offering a more convenient and faster experience for managing their university affairs anytime and anywhere.

Through the WhatsApp Bot, students can view grades, semester and cumulative averages, track registered courses, lecture schedules, and exams, as well as monitor their study plan progress and due installments.

The service also allows for the submission of electronic applications and tracking their status, viewing lecturer information, and keeping up with college announcements and the academic calendar through a unified platform that operates around the clock.

Students can start using the service by sending a message to the designated WhatsApp number, then logging in using their university number and the verification code sent to the phone registered in the academic system.

The college emphasizes that this service is part of its ongoing efforts to develop the digital environment, improve student experience, and facilitate access to various university services.
